5 Habits you should change today
I always get asked ‘What would your top recommendations for better health be?’
Luckily I’ve already wrote about them individually, so here’s my top suggestions for better health with links to the original blogs.
1) Eliminate Gluten
Every day there is more and more research to back this one but people still aren’t getting the message. We’re not just talking about Coeliac Disease which affects maybe 1% of the population. We are talking about Non-coeliac Gluten Sensitivity which is believed to affect potentially up to 80% of the population. This is not a made up number. Ireland and Andorra are said to have the highest rates (per ratio to population) of non-coeliac gluten sensitivity in the world. There is now over 300 known intolerances to gluten. Some of the most common are:
Bloated Abdomen
Brain fog and Forgetfulness
Feeling Lethargic (3pm Slump)
Constipation or Diarrhoea
More serious ones can be:
Seizures (Read my Daughter’s Story Here)
Migraines
Schizophrenia

2) Drink only Clean Water
There was a great quote I heard while on a course a couple of years back.
“Fluoride dumbs people down and makes them more compliant, sure just look at the Irish”.
With the pressure being put on the Irish people to start paying a private company for water I wrote this blog to inform them on why I wouldn’t pay a cent for the toxicity that comes out of the taps.

3) Eliminate as much Sugar and Artificial Sweeteners as possible
Anyone with even a sniff of interest in their health will know that sugar isn’t a good thing but are you aware at just how bad the artificial sweeteners that Mary down the street is recommending are?

4) Get your body more Alkaline for better health and Happiness
Like gluten, Fluoride and artificial sweeteners, Acidity is another potential risk to your health. HERE I explain how, why and what to do about it.
5) Nobody can do it for you, Educated yourself
I’ve developed a bit of a reputation with my ‘honestly’, my ‘Cut the Crap’ speeches, my ‘Rants’. Call them what you want but I don’t beat around the bush, I say it as I see it.
I’m the friend that few of you have. I’m sure you’re surrounded by people who’ll tell you that this biscuit won’t kill you. They’re telling you that your size 18 dress is amazing or how you’re a real woman with your curves. Curves are one thing but excess fat is still fat and a health risk.
Let’s say it as it is. Your friend likes you fat because otherwise they’d be the fat kid in class. And when you start getting healthy and wearing smaller and nicer clothes it’s their insecurities talking when you hear ‘That’s it, you’ve lost enough weight now you don’t need to lose anymore. I’m sorry but fuck them. Who are they to hold you back from a healthier you, a better you, a happier you?
Don’t mistake my advice with ignorance. I would never go out and insult anyone. If I say something it’s from the heart and attached to nothing but my best intentions to get you to where you deserve to be.
I don’t have a single link for this. I see all my blogs as education. Take a few days, read them all. Not all of them are directed towards everyone but you never know what gems are in there for yourself.
Until next week.
Love and Happiness,
John T.
